Plaza Community Living Center is a newly renovated facility located directly across from Signing River Hospital in Pascagoula, Mississippi. The addition of an 1,800+ square foot state-of-the-art therapy gym and renovated private suites, make it a wellness center designed for comfort, and managed with care. Taking pride in being the largest skilled nursing therapy gym in Pascagoula and offering high quality healthcare and rehabilitation services to the citizens in Jackson county, we provide comprehensive inpatient and out patient therapy services directed toward developing and maintaining optimal levels of function.
